In keeping with the radical Black Liberation Theology that blames the US first and for everything and views the US as a Terrorist Nation, Barack Hussein Obama implies that ICE agents are Terrorists for doing their job.

La Raza convention in San Diego on July 13, "the problem with the
system is that "communities are terrorized by ICE [Immigration and
Customs Enforcement] immigration raids" and "nursing mothers are torn
from their babies."
